1 Generate a horizontal stripe test print
(PGTYPE=10). Is the image normal?
2 Execute 'EPC' under 'FUNC' in
service mode. Is the copy image
immediately after the execution
normal?
3 Is the primary charging unit installed
properly?
4 Is there electrical continuity between
both connectors of the high-voltage
cord connected to the primary
charging assembly?
5 Does the scanning lamp turn ON?
6 Does the problem occur when a
bank note is copied?
7 Does the problem occur when
copying an original similar to a bank
note?
8 Are the connectors and wiring
between the following PCBs normal?
Image processor PCB
Analog processor PCB
CCD unit
