This selects the DPM output mode.
No Output, Passthrough, Service Chans Only, MAP Passthrough,
MAP Svc Chans Only or Full DPM Control.

This parameter selects whether the receiver should scramble the
output even if it is authorized to receive the channel.

PE/PID remapping options, PSI
