Operator configuration
The figure below shows some of the possible configurations for an SNMP manager for
connecting GXTXCC to the triggering CentricStor on the basis of a trap:

X11 connection to GXCC, higher bit rate required
Traps from the SNMP agent in CentricStor to the management station
Connection between GXCC and InfoBroker; only a low bit rate required;
only with an RMT license in CentricStor.
Application launching
– In the case of configurations in which there is an external connection between
GXCC and an InfoBroker (shown here in blue), an RMT license is required in
the relevant CentricStor.
– The InfoBroker accepts a maximum of two local connections. It is irrelevant here
whether the X11 server runs within CentricStor using the local console or out-
side CentricStor on a workstation.
