Writing a recording setting
When adding or changing a program after configuring the recording setting if 'device/label batch specification' is enabled,
devices and labels in the added or changed program are also specified as sampling targets. This may cause the sampling
size to increase and exceed the capacity of the buffer size for data sampling when writing the recording setting.
When using the project data saving function
■Changing project data during project saving
When performing the online program change or file batch online change, or accessing project data to be saved in a CPU
module from a peripheral device while the project data is being saved in a recorder module/camera recorder module, the
saving may fail, or an error may occur in these operations.
To perform these operations, make sure that the project data is not being saved in the buffer memory of a recorder module/
camera recorder module.
*1 The saving status of project data can be checked in the buffer memory of a recorder module/camera recorder module.
For details, refer to the following:

■When the automatic saving at the start of recording is enabled
If an access response is delayed from a peripheral device, etc. to a CPU module when switching from STOP to RUN, or if a
file read error occurs, disable the automatic saving at the start of recording, and turn the buffer memory
save project data while file access is not concentrated after switching to RUN.

■Operating the buffer memory during project data saving
While project data is being saved, 'Project data saving specification' (Un\G14080 to 14083)
ON.
Make sure that the project data is not being saved, then turn ON the buffer memory of a recorder module/camera recorder
module.
The buffer memory automatically turns OFF after the saving is completed.

■When stopping recording during project data saving
When switching the operating status of a CPU module to STOP or PAUSE or stopping the recording function in the
"Recording Monitor" screen while project data is being saved, the processing continues until the saving is completed.
When changing a save destination for a recording file in the recording setting and starting the recording function before the
saving is completed, the changed setting becomes enabled after the saving is completed.
Whether the saving is completed can be checked in 'Project data saving completion' (Un\G14001, Un\G14011, Un\G14021,

Un\G14031)
.

■Setting a read-protected file password
Do not set a read-protected file password for data to be saved when using the project data saving function.
If there is any project data with a read-protected file password set, the project data is not saved.
For details on the file password, refer to the following:
