Items in the following table are sampling targets.
In addition, devices for the system are also sampling targets for monitoring an SFC program on the offline monitor (such as an
SFC diagram monitor or SFC all blocks batch monitor).
Even if non-existent blocks or step relays with block specification (BL\S) after the maximum step number are used in a
program, they are not sampling targets for 'device/label batch specification.'
