For a downflow model, connect the hose to the + mark on the pressure
differential switch. For an upflow model, connect the hose to the – mark on the
pressure differential switch.
Step 7 After powering on the device, tap Start on the home screen of the display module,
choose Settings > Alarm Settings > Main Board, and check whether Air filter
blocked is set to Allow.
Step 8 Choose Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter and set Indoor fan to 100%.
Step 9 Block almost 100% air volume at the return air side using a plastic foam board or
baffle plate, and check whether the Air filter blocked alarm is generated. If the
alarm is generated, the differential pressure switch works properly. Then exit the
diagnostics mode.

6.4.6.1 Replacing a Wet Film Humidifier (for an Upflow Model)

Procedure
Step 1 Choose Settings > System Settings > System Control and set Humidifying
function to Disable.
Step 2 Open the cabinet front door.
Step 3 Remove the wet film humidifier.

Cut off the cable tie on the humidifier water inlet pipe and remove the sheet
metal fastener using a Phillips screwdriver.
Pull out the wet film humidifier for about 80 mm and ensure that the hose
clamp is located outside the cabinet.
Remove the hose clamp and take off the water inlet pipe of the wet film
humidifier.
Pull out the wet film humidifier.
