Step 2 Tap Confirm. If the device is successfully shut, the system displays a message,
indicating that the command is successfully triggered.
Step 3 Disconnect the general switch (For a device that has two power inputs, disconnect
the active power switch QF1 and standby power switch QF2).
Step 4 (Optional) If the power supply needs to be disconnected for maintenance or for a
long period, turn off the smart cooling product switch in the PDF.

4.9 (Optional) Antifreezing

Context
If the NetCol8000-C will be idle for a long time, ensure that the circulation water
inside the system has a temperature no lower than 3°C, and two methods are
used for antifreezing.
This section uses method 2 as an example.
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the plugs from the drainage needle valves of the heat exchanger.
Issue 07 (2021-12-30)
Method 1: Fill glycol into the system to prevent the heat exchanging pipes of
the smart cooling product from freezing up and cracking at low temperatures
scenarios.
Method 2: Use the drainage method to drain all water out of the NetCol8000-
C, and to prevent the heat exchanger from cracking.
(For the upflow units) Remove the plugs from the drainage needle valves 1
and 2 of the heat exchanger, to drain water naturally until no water flows out.
