(h) Monitor devices (#8000 to #8639)
1) Servo amplifier type (#8000 + 20n)
This register stores the servo amplifier types below when using
VC series/VPH series.
• 4352 ................ VC series
• 4354 ................ VC series (For Linear stage)
• 4359 ................ VC series (For direct drive motor)
• 4864 ............... VPH series
• 4866 ............... VPH series (For Linear stage)
• 4871 ............... VPH series (For direct drive motor)
(i) Operation cycle
If "SSCNET " is set as the SSCNET settings communication type, the
operation cycle of 0.22[ms] cannot be used.
Furthermore, even if the operation cycle is set to 0.22[ms] in the setting for
axes 1 to 4 for 1 line, if the servo amplifier is mixed with the VC series, the
servo amplifier operates with an operation cycle of 0.44[ms].
If "SSCNET /H" is set as the SSCNET settings communication type, there
are no restrictions.
(6) VC series/VPH series detection error
When an error occurs on VC series/VPH series, the servo error detection signal
(M2408 + 20n) turns ON. Eliminate the error cause, reset the servo amplifier
error by turning ON servo error reset command (M3208+20n) and perform re-
start.
However, "0" is always stored in parameter error No. (#8009+20n).
Refer to the instruction manual of VC series/VPH series for details of the errors.
