A.2.1 Voltage supply requirements
Only the VPX VS3 +5V supply (VCC) is required, and must remain within the 
specified as defined below. The voltage rail is expected to rise monotonically and 
reach 90% of its full value within a maximum of 50 mS.
If the 5V rail falls outside of these specifications at power‐up, then the SBC330 
may fail to start.
