The Port Good LEDs will light if any link has been made between the two devices,
even if it is of reduced width (a x1 link on a x8 connection for example). The exact
state of each link can only be determined by software interrogation of the device
registers.

PCIe Fatal Error
Description
When lit blue, these LEDs indicate that the associated rail is
at a non-zero voltage.
They do not indicate that the rail is at the correct voltage, nor
that the PSU for that rail has issued its power-good. They
should all be lit during normal operation. The LEDs serve for
rapid fault finding for when PSU rails have failed and normal
electrical investigation may not be possible.
Each LED is driven via a FET switch and cannot be controlled
by software
Description
When lit, all on-board PCIe links have initialized and trained
successfully on at least one lane of each PCIe link.
DS216, DS217, DS219 should be lit for normal operation
showing that the on-board PCIe connections are established
DS218 lights if a 4-lane port 1 external PCIe link is trained, i.e.
if the SBC330 has a valid PCIe connection to another board
Description
Serial ATA activity - Output from the SATA Si3132 IC.
Normally not lit. Flashes according to disk activity
Description
Lights only if a PCIe fatal error is detected
