The Cisco SPA300 Series and Cisco SPA500 Series IP phones support all
services that can be activated on a phone (call forward, do not disturb, and so on).
Vertical service announcement codes apply only when the user dials the
corresponding star code.
Following is an example of how you can use these fields:

Here CWT: Call waiting service enabled;
CWF: Call waiting service disabled;

FBF: Call forward busy service disabled;
FNT: Call forward no answer enabled;
FNF: Call forward no answer disabled;
When the user enables call waiting service, the IP phone automatically calls
