Step 4 Set the call type and rate.
Select the highest rate supported by your TE30 to increase the chance for successful calls.
Step 5 Select Call.
If the authentication conference is password-protected, the TE30 plays an interactive voice
response (IVR), prompting you to enter the password. If the conference is not password-
protected, you can join the conference after selecting the desired language.

6.8 Managing the Address Book

The address book stores site information. You can add, edit, and delete site entries.
The address book saves time because you do not need to enter site information to initiate a
conference and prevents entry of incorrect IP addresses.

6.8.1 Managing the Local Address Book

You can add, delete, or edit site information in the local address book.
Choose Advanced Settings > Address Book.
Adding a Site
After you add a site, it is saved to the local address book.
Background
The following parameters are important site attributes: Name, Number, Rate, Type, and IP
address.
Procedure
Step 1 On the Address Book screen, select All Sites.
Step 2 If no site is displayed, select Add site. If sites are displayed, select
Step 3 In Create Site, name the site you wish to add.
The value can consist of digits, letters, and special characters, such as @ # %.

You can save sites listed in the conference history to the address book. To do so, choose Advanced
Settings > Address Book > Conference History and select
