6.7.2 Setting Network Address Book Parameters

Choose System Settings > Network > Network Address Book, set Enable network address
book to Enable and Synchronize automatically to Enable, and choose to enable or disable
FTPS based on the status of the network address book on the service layer.

on the actual condition.
