Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in
the PDC.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
controller home screen.
Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Locate the fuse to be replaced, open the blade fuse holder, and remove the faulty
fuse using a flat-head screwdriver.
Step 4 Install a new fuse and turn on the fuse holder.
Step 5 Close the door of the electric control box.
Step 6 Power on the device, and ensure that the device works properly without alarms.

6.5.13 Replacing the Thermorelay

Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in
the PDC.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
controller home screen.
Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Remove the cables from the faulty thermal relay, loosen the screws on the
contactor connected to the thermal relay, and remove the faulty relay.
Step 4 Install the new relay on the contactor, tighten the screws, and install the cables.
Step 5 Close the door of the electric control box.
