Probable Cause
1. The cable to the
fan is not connected
properly.
2. The fan is faulty.
1. Any two air
conditioner units
have the same
address.
2. The software
versions of the air
conditioners in the
group are
inconsistent.
3. The sensor that
corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control
type for the master
unit is not enabled
on this air
conditioner.
1. Teamwork
settings are
incorrect for slave
units.
2. The number of
air conditioner units
is incorrectly set on
the master unit.
3. A slave unit is
offline.
1. The control cable
to the air damper is
loose or damaged.
2. The air damper is
faulty.
Solution
1. Check the cable
connection to the fan.
2. Maintain or replace
the fan.
1. Change the
addresses of the air
conditioner units.
2. Upgrade the air
conditioner software
by referring to the
section that describes
the mapping between
the software and the
teamwork versions in
the upgrade guide.
3. Enable the sensor
that corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control type
for the master unit on
this air conditioner.
1. Modify teamwork
settings for slave units
to enable slave units to
join the teamwork
group.
2. Set the total number
of units on the master
unit to the actual
number of units.
3. Check the teamwork
cable connection and
running status of the
slave units.
1. Check the control
cable connection to the
air damper.
2. Maintain or replace
the air damper.
