Before replacing the water pump, drain water from the water pan completely.
Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in
the PDC.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
controller home screen.
Step 2 Open the no.2nd maintenance door and disconnect the terminal of the water
pump power cable.
Step 3 Remove the water pump.

Step 4 Install a new spray pump on the device, install the flange assembly at the inlet
and outlet of the water pump, and close the maintenance door.

Remove the inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump.

Remove the fastener from the water pump using a socket wrench, and pull
out the spray pump.
