When compensated
(When the load pressure is lower than other work equipment during a combined operation)
Function
q The pressure compensation valve closes by
the LS pressure of port (D), and the spool
meter-in downstream pressure of port (B)
becomes equivalent to the maximum pressure
of other work equipment.
q Since the spool meter-in upstream pressure of
port (A) is the pump pressure, the spool meter-
in differential pressure [upstream pressure port
(A) pressure] - downstream pressure [port (B)
pressure] becomes equivalent to all the spools
in operation.
Pump flow is divided according to the ratio of
q
the meter-in opening areas.
Operation
q Spring chamber (E) is interconnected to port
(D).
Piston (4) and valve (2) are moved in the clos-
q
ing direction (to the right) by the LS circuit
pressure of port (F) from other work equip-
ment.
q Valve upstream pressure (= spool meter-in
downstream pressure) of port (B) is controlled
with the LS pressure.
