Status Description
The supervisor module is operational and active.
Green
Amber The supervisor module is in standby mode.
Green Sufficient power is available for all of the installed modules.
Amber Insufficient power is available for all of the installed modules.
The management port is operational.
Green
Amber The management port link has been disabled through the software.
Flashing Amber The management port link is bad and has been disabled due to a hardware
failure.
Off The module has not detected a signal.
Green The module has detected a link.
Off The module does not detect a link.
The module is transmitting or receiving.
Flashing green
Off The module is not transmitting or receiving.
Green The log flash CompactFlash or USB disk is being accessed. Do not remove
the media until the LED is off.
Off The expansion flash CompactFlash or USB disk is not being accessed. You
can remove the media while this LED is off.
Green The expansion flash CompactFlash or USB disk is being accessed. Do not
remove the media until the LED is off.
Off The log flash CompactFlash or USB disk is not being accessed. You can
remove the media while this LED is off.
Green The management port is operational.
Amber The management port link has been disabled through the software.
Flashing amber The management port link is bad and has been disabled due to a hardware
failure.
