Procedure
Step 1
On the phone web page, select Admin Login > advanced > Voice > SIP.
Step 2
In the SIP Parameters section, select IPv4 or IPv6 in the SIP IP Preference field.
Step 3
In the RTP Parameters section, select IPv4 or IPv6 in the SDP IP Preference field.
