3.3 Power Supply and Distribution Requirements

3.4 Grounding Requirements

Issue 07 (2022-12-15)
The power supply for the FusionModule1000 can be the mains or a diesel
generator (DG). For the detailed input routes and capacity, see the power
supply and distribution system diagram for the solution in use.
Supported power systems:
380 V, 50 Hz/60 Hz, three-phase, four-wire, and PE
208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase, four-wire, and PE
A Class I surge protective device (SPD) with a maximum discharge current
(I
) of 100 kA (8/20 µs) is required for the upstream input power
max
distribution frame (PDF) for the FusionModule1000.
External cables of the FusionModule1000 are routed into the pre-fab. module
through the power PDB and the feeder window on the pre-fab. module. It is
recommended that external cables be buried underground.

The external ground resistance of the pre-fab. module must not exceed 10
ohms, or the equivalent radius of the ground grid is no less than 5 m.
The pre-buried ground grid must be at least 0.7 m underground. In cold areas,
the ground electrodes must be buried under the frozen layer.
