3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● If the humidity or temperature is
abnormal, check the smart cooling
product status.
● Put rodent-proof baffle plates at the
door of the UPS equipment room.
● Check that the equipment room is
airtight and not in a direct
ventilation environment.
● If the input voltage is abnormal,
check the power grid status and
input cable connection.
● If the output voltage is abnormal,
check the UPS running status and
check whether an alarm is
generated.
If an alarm is generated, rectify the
fault by checking the device status and
parameters.
Troubleshooting
If there is condensation under a pipe,
replace the thermal insulation foam by
following instructions in the
NetCol5000-A025 In-row Air Cooled
Smart Cooling Product User Manual
(300 mm Width).
