Symptom
Power output indicators turn
off.
The ALM indicator (red) is
steady on.

Symptom
The PWR indicator is off.
The RUN indicator is off.
The RUN indicator is
blinking at short intervals
(on for 0.125s and then off
for 0.125s).
The ALM indicator is on.
Issue 06 (2020-01-02)
Possible Cause
NetEco.
The corresponding power
ports have no output.
The corresponding power
ports are short-circuited.
An alarm is generated.
Possible Cause
The independent
deployment AI/DI unit is
faulty or the power to the
AI/DI module is abnormal.
The contact between the
independent deployment
AI/DI unit and the ECC800
is abnormal, or the
independent deployment
AI/DI unit is faulty.
Communication between the
independent deployment
AI/DI unit and the main
control module is
interrupted.
An alarm whose default
severity is critical or major
exists.

8 Maintenance
Measure
Energize corresponding
power ports over the WebUI
or NMS.
Check whether the
connected load is
short-circuited. If yes,
eliminate the short circuit.
View active alarms on the
WebUI and clear them one
by one.
Measure
Check whether the board is
faulty and whether the cable
connection between the
ECC800 and independent
deployment AI/DI unit is
normal.
Check whether the
independent deployment
AI/DI unit is faulty and
whether the cable
connection between the
ECC800 and independent
deployment AI/DI unit is
normal.
Check whether the cable
connection between the
ECC800 and independent
deployment AI/DI unit is
normal, whether the
independent deployment
AI/DI unit is faulty, and
whether the independent
deployment AI/DI unit is
added on the ECC800
WebUI.
Check and clear the alarm.
