Error details and cause
• Data cannot be written to the specified device since it
is for system use.
• The request cannot be executed to the specified
intelligent function module.
• The access range exceeded the buffer memory range
of the specified intelligent function module.
• The specified intelligent function module cannot be
accessed.
• The specified intelligent function module does not
exist.
• A bus error occurred during the access to an intelligent
function module.
• Data cannot be written since the specified file attribute
is the read-only.
• An error occurred when writing data to the specified
drive (memory).
• An error occurred when deleting data from the
specified drive (memory).
• Request data error
• The specified command cannot be executed since it is
being executed.
• A remote request cannot be executed.
• The specified drive (memory) or file does not exist.
• The specified drive (memory) or file does not exist.
• The specified drive (memory) has an error.
• The specified drive (memory) has an error.
• The specified drive (memory) or file is currently being
processed.
• The request cannot be executed since the specified
drive (memory) is ROM.
• The request cannot be executed since the specified
drive (memory) is ROM.
• The specified drive (memory) is write-prohibited.
• The specified drive (memory) does not have enough
free space.
• The specified drive (memory) does not have enough
free space.
• The drive (memory) capacity differs between the copy
destination and the copy source.
• The drive (memory) type differs between the copy
destination and the copy source.
• The file name of the copy destination is the same as
the one of the copy source.
• The specified number of files does not exist.
Corrective action
• Do not write data to the specified device. Or, do not
turn it ON/OFF.
• Check whether the specified module is an intelligent
function module which has the buffer memory.
• Check the start address and number of access points,
and access within the range that exists in the intelligent
function module.
• Check whether the specified intelligent function
module operates normally.
• Check whether the specified module has hardware
failure.
• Check the I/O number of the specified intelligent
function module.
• Check whether the specified intelligent function
module, other modules, or base unit have hardware
failure.
• Do not write data to the specified file. Or, change the
file attribute.
• Check the specified drive (memory). Or, write data
again after changing the target drive (memory).
• Check the specified drive (memory). Or, delete data
again after changing the target drive (memory).
• Check the specified request data.
• Execute the command again once the request from
another engineering tool has been completed.
• Execute the request again after placing the CPU
module in the state where a remote request can be
executed.
• For the remote BUS RESET operation, set "Enable" for
"Remote Bus Reset Setting" with the parameter.
• Check the specified drive (memory) or file, and
execute the request again.
• Check the specified drive (memory) or file, and
execute the request again.
• Initialize the memory, and restore the drive (memory)
to its normal state.
• Initialize the memory, and restore the drive (memory)
to its normal state.
• Execute it again after a while.
• Change the target drive (memory), and execute the
request again.
• Change the target drive (memory), and execute the
request again.
• Change the write-protect conditions or drive (memory),
and execute the request again.
• Increase the free space of the drive (memory), and
execute the request again.
• Increase the free space of the drive (memory), and
execute the request again.
• Check the copy destination and copy source drive
(memory), and execute the request again.
• Check the copy destination and copy source drive
(memory), and execute the request again.
• Check the file name, and execute the request again.
• Check the specified data, and execute the request
again.
