Data communication with CPU buffer memory

This method writes device data of the host CPU to the CPU buffer memory of the host CPU with MELSEC data link functions.
Device data that is written to the CPU buffer memory is transferred when the following processing is performed in another
CPU module.

mdReceiveEx function.
