Setting Internet Explorer Security
To export fault information and operation logs, you need to set the Internet Explorer security.
Step 1 Open Internet Explorer.
Step 2 Choose Tools > Internet Options.
Step 3 Click the Security tab and then click Sites in Trusted sites.
