The Thor VM3 follows the Ignition Control/Ignition Off power plan with timers reset at
the time Ignition switched to Inactive. UPS charging is disabled.
An example of this case would be a Thor VM3 that is running on UPS and is then
mounted on a dock that has truck power and the ignition switch is already Off.
