Setting the Correction Values for Crease and Fold Positions Depending on the Sheet Thickness

Determine the correction value
for 2nd fold unit.
•
This correction value is for the last fold when
the sheet is folded once or twice. The posi-
tion for the parallel fold is shown in the draw-
ing to the right.
•
For example, if the sheet is folded in the
position of 99 mm / 3.9" from the sheet lead-
ing edge frequently when the sheet must
be folded in the position of 100 mm / 3.94",
enter "+1" as the correction value.
Selecting the Correction Value
•
Select the sheet thickness on the Setting -
Mode Selection screen.
•
When the thin sheet is selected, the correc-
tion value for the thin sheet is used.
•
When the thick sheet is selected, the correc-
tion value for the thick sheet is used.
•
When the normal sheet is selected, the cali-
bration will not be done.
