Air Volume Adjusting Lever
This lever adjusts the total volume of the separa-
tion and fluff air blown from the four fluff air noz-
zles and the outlet for separation air. Raise this
lever to increase the air volume. See page 68
for details.

Double Feed Stop Pad Assembly
Adjusting Lever
This lever adjusts the height of the double feed
stop pads. When the lever is raised up, the double
feed stop pads lower.

Double Feed Stop Pads
These prevents double feeding. Set the gap
between the tops of the double feed stop pads
and the feed belts to the thickness of one sheet.
If more than one sheets try to pass through the
double feed stop pads, the extra sheets are
stopped by the double feed stop pads.

Feed Belt Suction Air Adjusting
Lever
This lever adjusts the air pressure that feed belts
suction the sheet. When the lever is pulled, the air
pressure is reduced.

Fluff Air Nozzle
There are four fluff air nozzles. The fluff air helps
to feed the sheets smoothly.

Sheet Height Adjusting Lever
This lever is used to adjust the height of sheets.
When this lever is raised, the height of the sheet
height sensor changes and the feed table moves
up. See page 66 for details.

Sheet Height Sensor Locking Knob
When the sheet width is 120 mm/4.72" or shorter,
loosen this knob and move the sheet height sen-
sor to the operator side.
