Double Feed Stop Pad Assembly Replacement

The double feed stop pad assembly in the feed section is consumables. Replace the assembly when a double
feeding occurs frequently even if you follow the instructions in page 89 .

Turn off the Power switch.

Raise the double feed stop pad
assembly adjusting lever.

The double feed stop pad assembly lowers
and you can replace the assembly easily.

Loosen the two locking screws.
You do not need to remove them completely.

Remove the double feed stop
pad assembly by sliding it up-
ward.

Install the new double feed stop
pad assembly and attach it using
the two mounting screws.
Tighten the locking screws while pressing
the assembly down to level the assembly.
