Adjusting the Roller Gap

If the sheet is not folded correctly, adjust the roller gap.
Set the roller gap on both sides evenly.

Turn the roller gap adjusting
knob.
• To make the gap wider, turn the gap ad-
justing knob clockwise.
• The roller gap can be changed 0.02
mm/0.0008 by one click.

Checking the Roller Gaps Are Even

After adjusting the roller gap, do a test fold and check that the sheet is not wrinkled or skewed.
If the sheet is wrinkled or skewed, check if the roller gap is even on both sides.

Insert a strip of the sheet into the
roller gap adjusting lever.
