Check whether the gap between the impeller and the flow deflecting ring of
the EC motor is even, to prevent the impeller from colliding with the flow
deflecting ring.
After the smart cooling product stops working in cold areas or winter, close
the air exhaust and air supply valves, and drain water from the circulation
water system.
Baseline Requirement
The unit and its bases are
free from paint flake-off,
rust, and corrosion. The
sealant applied around the
side walls and maintenance
doors does not crack or
flake off.
There are no potential
hazards or pollutants
around the unit.
There is no rubbish around
the unit.
The air filter is clean and
not blocked.
The air filter is not
damaged or distorted.
The float has no scale.
The water tank filter is not
blocked.
The compressor is secured.
There is no oil stain on the
suction and discharge
welding joints of the
compressor.

Troubleshooting
● Repair or replace the rusty,
corroded, or damaged part.
● Repair the flake-off position with
the sealant.
Take measures to handle potential
hazards.
Clean up the rubbish.
● Clean the outdoor intake air filter
with water every three months
and replace it every six months.
After cleaning, ensure that the
mesh on the filter surface is not
tilted.
● The return air filter cannot be
cleaned with water and needs to
be replaced every six months.
Replace the air filter.
Clean the scale on the float when
the unit is shut down.
Clean up the foreign matter on the
surface of the water tank filter.
Tighten screws if the compressor is
not secured.
Clean the oil stains.
