Symptom
The compressor
discharge
pressure is too
low.
The compressor

is too low or

Possible Cause
The exhaust fan speed
controller fails.
The refrigerant is insufficient.
Refrigerant leaks.
Refrigerant is insufficient.
The indoor temperature is set
to a low temperature.
The air filter is dirty or
blocked.
The external residual
pressure is too high, and
airflow decreases.
The condensing pressure is
too low.
Liquid is returning to the
compressor.
Refrigerant oil is insufficient.
The sheet metal for securing
the compressor during
transportation is not
removed.
The switch of the fan is not
turned on.
The fan is damaged.
The interconnection
terminals for the fan are not
securely connected.
The water pump is sealed by
gas.

8 System Operation and Maintenance
Solution
Replace the fan speed
controller.
Charge more refrigerant.
Check the pipeline for
leakage.
Charge more refrigerant.
Modify the temperature
setting.
Replace the air filter.
Check whether the air
channels are blocked.
Check the condenser.
Check whether the oil
temperature and discharge
temperature are within the
normal range.
Add refrigerant oil.
Remove the sheet metal.
Check the switch of the fan.
Replace the fan.
Secure the interconnection
terminals.
When the water pump runs
for the first time every year,
the water pump may be
blocked. In this case, you
need to manually exhaust the
water pump. When the water
pump is running, loosen the
exhaust plug of the water
pump. When water flows out
of the exhaust hole, reinstall
and tighten the exhaust plug.
