4.1.1 Installation Precautions

Checking the Auxiliary Facilities

Checking the Drainage Capacity
There should be drainage ditches with sufficient drainage capacity.
The layout and installation of pipes should facilitate the maintenance of the unit.
Checking Electrical Access for Auxiliaries
Install the unit in strict accordance with the HVAC system construction regulations.
To ensure proper operation of the unit, protect it against dust, dirt, corrosive gas,
and high humidity.

It is recommended that the strength level of the concrete foundation be
higher than C20.
The surface of the concrete foundation should be flat and clean.

Air duct installation: It is recommended that flexible connections be used
between the unit and air duct. Prepare air ducts based on site requirements.
Pipe thermal insulation: Take thermal insulation measures for all inlet pipes
and drainpipes of the FusionCol8000-E. Reserve sufficient space for
maintenance and operations when installing thermal insulation foam for
valves and connectors. At low temperatures, take thermal insulation measures
to prevent water pipes from freezing.
