Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
screen of the display module.
Step 2 Open the maintenance door and enter the device.
Step 3 Remove the differential pressure switch.

Step 4 Set the alarm threshold for the new differential pressure switch based on the label
information.
Step 5 Install a new differential pressure switch, install the pressure inlet tube, and
connect cables.
Step 6 Power on the device and tap Start on the home screen. Ensure that the device is
running normally without any alarms.

Remove the pressure inlet tube.
Remove the screws on the top cover of the differential pressure switch and
cable screws using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the cables.
Remove the four screws using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the
differential pressure switch.
NO TE
Record the port position of the removed pressure inlet tube. After the replacement is
complete, reinstall the tube to the original position.
