Export logs, alarms, temperature,
humidity, and the operating status
and time of the compressor, fan,
spray system, and spray pump
from the monitoring system. View
the historical alarms generated in
this quarter and select the five
most common ones. (If no
monitoring system is available, skip
this item.)
Check that the exterior (including
the top) of the unit and its bases
are free from paint flake-off, rust,
and corrosion.
Check that there is no foreign
matter, sand, or dust on the top of
the unit.
Check that the sealant applied
around the exterior, maintenance
doors, and air duct flanges of the
unit does not crack or flake off.
There is no foreign matter or dirt in
the water tank.
Check that the water tank coating
does not flake off.

Troubleshooting
Locate the cause or contact
technical support.
Repair or replace the rusty,
corroded, or damaged part.
Clean up the foreign matter,
sand, and dust on the top of the
unit. (The cleaning frequency
can be increased in a windy and
dusty environment.)
Apply sealant to the areas where
sealant has cracked or flaked off.
After the equipment is shut
down, slowly mix the dirt and
water using a tool such as a
broom. Enter the diagnostic
mode and open the drainage
valve to drain water. If there is
too much dirt, you can open the
water inlet valve in diagnostic
mode to inject water or inject
water from the outside to the
water pan for cleaning several
times.
Contact technical support to
repair the water tank coating.
