with or without a port parameter, such as
123.123.110.45, 123.123.110.45.5060, or
123.123.110.45:5061, or a URL such as
sip.cisco.com, sip.ata.cisco.com:5061. For IP
addresses, a '.' or ':' can be used to delimit a
port parameter. For URL, a ':' must be used to
indicate a port.
