Key Label Definition
Join Connects a conference call.
Call Rtn/lcr Returns the last missed call.
Left Moves the cursor to the left.
Miss Displays the list of missed calls.
New Call Begins a new call.
Option Opens a menu of input options.
Park Puts a call on hold at a designated
"park" number.
PrivHold Puts a call on hold on an active shared
line.
Pickup Allows user to answer a call ringing
on another extension by entering the
extension number.
Redial Displays the redial list.
Resume Resumes a call that is on hold.
Right Moves the cursor to the right.
Input Star Code/ Displays a list of star codes that can
*code be selected.
Toggle Switches between two calls that are
active or on hold.
Unavail Denotes that a user who is logged in
to an ACD server has set his status as
unavailable.
Unpark Resumes a parked call.
Transfer/ xfer Performs a call transfer. Requires that
Attn Xfer Serv is enabled and there
is at least one connected call and one
idle call.
