3.9 (Optional) Performing a Leakage Test with Nitrogen

Prerequisites
You can decide whether a leakage test with nitrogen needs to be performed or not based on
the site situation.
Pipes have been properly connected.
Procedure
Step 1 Manually turn the chilled water valve to the maximum (100%), as shown in

smart cooling product, as shown in

Step 3 After 24 hours, if the pressure drop is less than 0.01 MPa, the pipes do not leak. Open the
exhaust valve using a screwdriver, and close the valve when there is no airflow through the
valve. Then you can perform the following operations.
Step 4 After the leakage test has been performed and gas has drained, re-wrap the needle valve with
thermal insulation foam.

If the pressure decreases, find out and repair the leakage point by using soap bubbles.
If the pressure is preserved properly, exhaust nitrogen and wrap pipes and joints with
thermal insulation foams.
