Possible Cause
1. The power supply to
the indoor fan is
abnormal.
2. The cables to the
indoor fan are loose or
damaged.
3. The indoor fan is
faulty.
1. The drainage filter is
blocked.
2. The drainpipe is
blocked.
3. (Optional) The
condensate water pump
is faulty.
4. The low liquid level
sensor is faulty.
The accumulated
runtime of the chilled
water valve exceeds the
alarm threshold.
The input voltage
exceeds the upper
threshold.
The input voltage is
below the lower
threshold.
The water pump
runtime exceeds the
threshold.
Solution

1. Check the power
supply to the indoor
fan.
2. Check the cables to
the indoor fan.
3. Maintain or replace
the indoor fan.

matter in the water
pan and filter.
2. Check that the
drainpipe is not
blocked or bent.
3. (Optional) Check
the cables to the
condensate water
pump, clear the
foreign matter in the
water pump, or
replace the pump.
4. Check the cables to
the low liquid level
sensor, clear the
obstacles, or replace
the low liquid level
sensor.
Maintain or replace
the chilled water valve
and clear the
accumulated runtime.
