Possible Cause
1. Any two smart
cooling product units
have the same address.
2. The software
versions of the smart
cooling products in the
group are inconsistent.
3. The sensor that
corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control type
for the master unit is
not enabled on this
smart cooling product.
1. The temperature
sensors or temperature
and humidity sensors
are located in
inappropriate positions.
2. The thermal load
power is high or the
cooling capacity is
insufficient.
3. The ambient
temperature exceeds
the upper threshold.
4. The high temperature
alarm threshold is
inappropriate.
5. The value detected
by the temperature
sensor or temperature
and humidity sensor is
different from the
actual value.
6. The chilled water
flow is insufficient, or
the supply water
temperature is high.
7. The chilled water
valve is stuck or faulty.
Solution

1. Change the
addresses of the smart
cooling product units.
2. Upgrade the smart
cooling product
software by referring
to the section that
describes the mapping
between the software
and the teamwork
versions in the
upgrade guide.
3. Enable the sensor
that corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control type
for the master unit on
this smart cooling
product.
1. Adjust the positions
of the temperature
sensors or temperature
and humidity sensors.
2. Add smart cooling
products or contact
Huawei technical
support.
3. Measure the
ambient temperature.
Check whether other
causes exist if the
alarm persists in a
long time after startup.
4. Adjust the high
temperature alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the temperature sensor
or temperature and
humidity sensor.
6. Check the pressure
and temperature of
chilled water.
7. Maintain or replace
the chilled water
valve.
