6.4.5 Replacing the Wet Film Humidifier

Prerequisites
On the home page, choose Maint > Performance Maint to query the runtime of the wet film
humidifier. If the value is 8760 h, the system automatically generates a message. You are
advised to change the wet film humidifier now.

Tool: Phillips screwdriver
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Settings > System Settings > System Control > Humid > Disable.
Step 2 Open the rear door, remove the air filter, and switch off general circuit breakers (AC1 and
AC2).
Step 3 Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws and sheet metal fasteners.

Step 4 Hold the release sleeve and remove the water inlet pipe.
Step 5 Draw out the old wet film humidifier.
Step 6 Install the new wet film humidifier by performing
After the replacement is complete, properly install the water inlet pipes to the wet film
humidifier. Ensure that the water inlet pipes are secured without leakage risks.
Step 7 Open the rear door, installation the air filter, and Turn on the AC1 and AC2 switches.
