Cooling Product
User Manual
The smart cooling product can interwork with the customer's monitoring system over an
RS485 port or FE port on the monitoring system. If RS485 connection is used, the
Modbus-RTU protocol is supported. If FE connection is used, the Modbus-TCP and SNMP
protocols are supported. Key smart cooling product parameters, including but not limited to
the temperatures and humidity of the supply and return air, power supply status, operating
status, fan status, and alarms, can be uploaded to the monitoring system.
Up to 32 smart cooling products can be connected over an FE port or a controller area
network (CAN) port for teamwork to save energy and extend the service life. Any smart
cooling product can be set as the master unit. The following figure shows the monitoring
system network diagram.
