cable using a cup,
and view active
alarms on the
WebUI.
Log in to the
ECC800 app page
through a pad, and
check the basic
information.
On the ECC800
WebUI, choose
Maintenance >
Opening Guide >
Linkage Test >
eLight actuators
Commissioning
and click Test.
If there are U space
e-labels on the asset
detection strip,
check the
corresponding
indicator on the
asset detection strip.
Observe the
indicator of the
smart rPDU switch.

Standard
A water alarm is
generated on the
WebUI.
The login is
successful, and you
can browse the basic
information (including
views, alarms, and
asset information) of
the smart module.
The eLight strip light
is lit up in red, green,
blue, and white in
sequence for 3 seconds
respectively, and then
turns off.
The indicator on the
asset detection strip
that has U space
e-labels is on.
The indicator of the
smart rPDU switch is
on.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
cabinet temperature
sensor.
If no water alarm is
displayed on the WebUI,
check whether the water
sensor cable is loose or
disconnected. If the
cable is properly
connected, replace the
water sensor.
If the login is failed,
check the WiFi
connection first. If the
WiFi connection is
normal, check the user
name and password on
the WebUI. If you
cannot browse the basic
information of the smart
module after successful
login, download the pad
upgrade package, and
update the app version.
If the fault persists,
replace the pad.
If the eLight is
abnormal, check
whether the cable is
normal. If the cable is
loose, reconnect it.
Otherwise, replace the
eLight strip light, eLight
actuator, and eLight
power supply in
sequence until the fault
is rectified.
If the indicator is off,
check whether the cable
of the asset detection
strip is loose. Otherwise,
replace the asset
detection strip.
If the switch indicator is
off, check the branch
load. After checking that
the branch is not
overloaded, replace the
smart rPDU if the switch
