Check the
connection of
iBOX (CIM).
Check the
indicator on the
smart ETH
gateway.
Check the
availability of the
WiFi.

firmly and all
cables securely
connected.
Observe the
PWR, RUN, and
ALM indicators.
 Observe the
RUN
indicator on
the WiFi
converter.


 The iBOX (CIM) is
attached firmly.
 The cable to the
PoE port is
connected securely.

If a cable connects
to the COM port,
check that the cable
connection is
secure.
 If a cable connects
to the BCB port,
check that the cable
connection is
secure.
 The cable to the
HALL current
monitoring port is
connected securely.

If the green PWR
indicator is steady
on, the power input
is normal.
 If the RUN
indicator blinks
slowly, the smart
ETH gateway is
running normally.

The ALM indicator
is off.
 If the RUN
indicator blinks
slowly, the WiFi
converter is running
normally.

Search the WiFi
access point of the
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
 Secure the iBOX
(CIM) again.
 Reconnect the cable
to the PoE port.
 Reconnect the cable
to the COM port.
 Reconnect the cable
to the BCB port.
 Reconnect the cable
to the HALL current
monitoring port.

If the PWR indicator
is off, check
whether the 48 V
power cable and
connectors are
normal. If not,
reconnect them. If
so, replace them.
 If the RUN indicator
blinks at short
intervals, check
whether the
communications
cable is loose or
disconnected. If so,
reconnect the cable.
If not, replace the
cable.
 If the ALM
indicator is steady
on, clear the alarm.
 If the RUN indicator
is off, check the
communications
cable. If the RUN
indicator blinks at
short intervals and
the communication
