Operation
WebUI, choose
Monitoring >
Aisle > Access
Actuator Group >
Access Actuator to
enter the Controls
page, and remotely
control the doors.
Open the door by
pushing the exit
button.
Open the door by
pushing the
emergency button.
NOTE
The emergency
button needs to be
pressed twice. One
press will open the
door, and the other
press will reset the
emergency button.
(Optional) Open the
door using an
authorized
fingerprint.
(Optional) Open the
door using an
authorized access
card.
Turn on and off the
aisle lights.

Standard
aisle doors can be
normally controlled
through the access
actuator.
The door opens
normally after you
push the exit button.
The door opens
normally after you
push the emergency
button.
The aisle door can be
opened.
The aisle door can be
opened.
The aisle lights are
working normally.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
doors cannot be
normally controlled,
check whether the
magnetic lock cable is
loose or disconnected. If
so, reconnect the cable.
If not, replace the access
actuator or magnetic
lock.
If the other devices in
the access control
system are working
properly and the door
cannot be opened by
pushing the exit button,
replace the exit button.
If the other devices in
the access control
system are working
properly and the door
cannot be opened by
pushing the emergency
button, replace the
emergency button.
If the aisle door cannot
be opened, check the
cable connection. If the
cable is properly
connected, replace the
access control device.
If the aisle door cannot
be opened, change the
access card. If the fault
is rectified using a
different access card,
record the access card
information. If the fault
persists using a different
access card, check the
cable connection. If the
cable is properly
connected, replace the
access control device.
If the lights can be
controlled by AC
actuator instead of the
light buttons, check
