A Rapid Eye Multi-Media system can be set to show all of the video and data from a series
of sites, one site at a time, automatically. This is a common function of a CCTV security
system. Admin is used to setup the site tours. View is used to run the tours.
A site tour, involving multiple Rapid Eye sites is very different from other types of tours,
such as:
PTZ tours, which only include one camera, at one site. See
Setup, page 93, to see how to setup a PTZ-camera tour.

LocalView tours, which uses LocalView to tour multiple cameras at one site. See
the LocalView online help for more information.
Public display monitors, which displays multiple cameras at one site by
connecting a monitor to one Multi-Media unit. See

Before Defining a Site Tour
Your Multi-Media System Administrator (Multi SA) needs at least two sites to define a tour.

Adding a Site
Live session is as effective as a Site tour. See the

A site tour is not listed in the View application until more than one site is assigned to
it. Design a site tour using two or more Rapid Eye units.
