These values are usually changed when installing units connected to a network. For

The operator enters the Maximum Network data rate, to Send no more than n kilobits per
second, where n is a number between 10 and 200 000. Note that some numbers are not
ideal to lower the data rate optimally and are automatically adjusted by the software to the
closest, better value. For example, if an operator enters 33, the software will display the
closest optimal value (32), at the next
