Selecting the pulser type

The USM 36 is equipped with an optional square-wave
pulser. If this option is available, you can choose be-
tween a spike and a square pulser type.
USM 36
– Switch to the second operating level.
– Select the function group CONFIG2.
– Select the function PULSER TYPE.
– Choose the required pulser type.
N o t e
If you have chosen the square-wave pulser,
the default function ENERGY on the first op-
erating level changes into the function
WIDTH (see Chapter 5.5 Setting the pulser
(function group PULSER), page 5-13).
