Parameters for Acoustic Settings
The following table defines the function and usage of Acoustics Settings parameters in the Acousting Setting
section under the User tab in the phone web interface. It also defines the syntax of the string that is added in
the phone configuration file with XML(cfg.xml) code to configure a parameter.

Description
Sets the audio tune for the phone speaker, the handset, and the headset.
Perform one of the following:
• In the phone configuration file with XML(cfg.xml), enter a string in this format:
<Tune_speaker ua="rw">Default</Tune_speaker>
• In the phone web page, select the audio tune from the list.
Options: Warmest|Warmer|Warm|Default|Bright|Brighter|Brightest
Default: Default
Note
You can't tune a speaker of a headset that uses 3.5 mm jack or a USB port.
Sets the sidetone gain for the phone handset and the headset.
Sidetone gain is the audible feedback when a user speaks into the headset or handset during
a call.
Perform one of the following:
• In the phone configuration file with XML(cfg.xml), enter a string in this format:
<Sidetone ua="rw">Low</Sidetone>
• In the phone web interface, select a valid value as the sidetone gain.
Options: Off|Very Low|Low|High
Default: Low
You can't adjust the sidetone gain of the phone speaker and the headset that
