1 Locate the cause of the problem using the Pitch Configuration Chart.
Start the Tool Box from the Dell Printer Hub or Dell Printer

Management Tool, and click Chart Print on the Diagnosis tab.
Click Pitch Configuration Chart.

Replace the drum cartridge.
